I love this photo and I thought my wife did too, and maybe she does, but when I mentioned to her that it's always interesting to see a woman holding her boobs, from her point of view, very pragmatically she said "there's something she's checking out, maybe working on nipple jewelry, it could just be a camera pose, but she seems to me to be seriously feeling something, and I hope it's not a lump."  And then tears come to my wife's eyes.  Hmmm.
