Ah yes, much harder now, feeling pretty good. In 2004 when the prostate was removed due to that cancer, I was so bummed - thought my sex life was over. But then the Doc, talking to both wife and I in post-op consultation, told us we could still have good sex once everything was healed, and he taught me about kegel exercises, which is part of the conditioning process. He told my wife to keep on me about that exercise (women know all about that particular exercise), and she most certainly did keep on me about it, the result being the first pre-op orgasm being fairly spectacular.
