Thank you, Smdboly!  I'm so sorry to hear your of your wife's injury!  Hopefully the medical staff attended to her needs the proper way... lots of attention, caring, support during the splinting/casting, and analgesics.  Ice for the first 24hours... on 20 minutes and off for 20 minutes.  And I'd love to be her personal bedside nurse... I'll provide the proper care plan to get her up and running!  It may be a a few days before I can get a tibute to you but I will.  Have to work The ICU the next few nights.
