Dang!  My description must have been too lengthy, and I didn't check it!
The photo is from March 2019 when we were walking along Waterloo Road (six lanes of traffic!) on our way back to the Metropark Hotel in the late morning with a friend.  We were in Kowloon, the most urban part of Hong Kong and the most heavily populated part with about 2 million people. 
I suggested that she pop one breast out and flash me, and she utterly (udderly?) astonished me by doing so.  Dunno if anyone actually noticed, but that flash sure must have had one of the largest potential audiences ever.
