Turns out my right boob, being smaller, is harder to tie. Eventually we'll do that and I think straps are what I'd like to try. Thin backpack straps is what we're thinking.

It looks from the redness at the base of your right tit as if you tried hard to tie that one up. The strap idea might work better, but I think part of the secret to getting the rope or strap to stay is to tie them tight enough that they bulge out over the rope/strap. Good luck with more tying -- I love that activity!
