I use what are called 'split collars', available from engineering suppliers on line.  Mine are 35mm internal diameter, which for me is just right - not too tight, and small enough not to let my balls slip through.  These are far cheaper than stretchers available from sex shops etc.  I really recommend trying these, it's a fantastic feeling to have your loaded balls swinging around when you're walking (or stroking...!).
