Eine Nadel wird in eine desinfizierte Stellle in den Hodensack gesteckt. Dann wird über sie sterile Kochsalzlösung infudiert. Wenn die Flüssigkeit im Sack ist wird die Nadel wieder rausgezogen und die Einstichstelle mit einem Pflaster verschlossen
